The entertainment team was very fun, they were always talking to us. they got us to dance with them too. they made our holiday special. They had so much energy! also, the hotel is situated on the front and has easy access to all of the area. the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. the rooms contain all that you need. It was practical.
The large pool had loud, horrible music. it was ear splitting and made it hard to talk! i resorted to the 'reading pool' when i could find space. the rooms were tired. My curtain needed a good wash. only six hangers were available for two people for two weeks. It was not enough.

The breakfast was varied. it was amazing!!! i had fresh orange juice every morning. the resort is right on the promenade. It allowed easy access to nearby areas.
The evening entertainment was not good. it was very old fashioned. the wi-fi kept dropping out. the system needs upgrading. i found that there were no lifts in the blocks. i was on the third floor. It was a lot of stairs with suitcases.

fantastic stay!

The animation team was so much fun. they kept getting everyone involved. i loved the pool. It was very clean and large. plenty of loungers were available and towel hire was convenient. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had lots of variety and the staff were available to answer my questions.
the gym was a little inadequate.

the refurbished room was lovely. maids kept it great and clean daily. there were all things i needed. it was just right, not too big, but it was not too small either.

The hotel is on the beach, a very short walk. the beach had an area sectioned off for hotel guests. free loungers and parasols were provided. the sea had strong waves. It was still warm enough to enjoy.

the staff were attentive and polite. they were accommodating too! the evening shows were very interested. the location is fantastic for town trips to markets and other places. that was just fine.

The rooms were spacious and the blackout curtains were a welcome feature for restful sleep. Daily cleaning ensured a fresh environment. I particularly appreciated the large selection at the buffet meals. The hotel's location is quite convenient and provided easy access to nearby facilities.
The bar staff seemed reluctant to serve drinks at times. That was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant where they ensured prompt seating. Some personnel, such as Heind and Lamya, proved to be super helpful in making our experience more pleasant. I was thankful for their help.

The hotel sits across from the beach and is near several restaurants. I found it convenient to walk to nearby attractions or find dining options. This increased the stay's enjoyment. The area provided many options.

the room included a king size bed i found it very comfortable the bathroom had a modern design and good lighting i especially liked the proximity to the beach it made access very easy and convenient the resort grounds were well maintained and i enjoyed walking around
